Our prayers for the victims of the Great east japan earthquake

​Tomorrow marks the third anniversary of the Great East Japan Earthquake.  Our thoughts and prayers are with those that lost their lives, those who have lost loved ones and those who are still unable to return to their homes.  Three years on and still so many are still struggling.

Thanks to your support, more than 100 animals from the disaster were sheltered at HEART and 35 cats and dogs remain in our care today. 

We have had many happy endings with animals being reunited with their owners in the year following the earthquake and many, many others finding new homes over the past few years. 

​明日で東日本大震災から丸 3年が経ちます。震災で命を落とした方、愛する家族や友人を失われた方、そしてまだ帰宅することが出来ないでいる方のために手を合わせて祈りたいと思います。3年経ってもまだ多くの方が苦しい生活を余儀なくされています。


皆様からの暖かいご支援・ご協力の元、 100匹以上の被災動物をHEARTで保護いたしました。その内の35匹を現在でもお世話しています。


震災後 1年の間に飼い主さんの元へ無事戻れた幸せな子たちもいれば、時間がかかりましたが、新しいお家に貰われて行った子たちもいます。

​We have also had sad goodbyes with some of our older rescues.  They will remain in our hearts forever.

と同時に、悲しみの中、さようならを言わなければならなかった子達もいました。彼らのことは思い出とともに胸の奥に刻み、決して忘れることはありません。

For our 35 animals that we are still caring for three years after the accident, as well as the other 200 animals we have at the shelter, we need your continued support.  Please consider donating to help us keep our doors open for animals in need.
